"Eighteen years ago and long before I met Angelika, I was diagnosed with breast cancer
and had a lumpectomy followed by radiotherapy. All seemed well until twelve years later
another lump appeared -same breast, same place -and I was told I had to have a
mastectomy which would be followed by chemotherapy. Having seen so many friends debilitated by this process I knew that I risked having to give
up my career, travelling worldwide as a voice teacher and enjoying a large private practice in
both London and Paris. I was also convinced that at my age - then 72 - quality of life was
much more important to me than a few extra months or years.

In an article featured in the “Tempo” section of the Taos News on 2/19/04 the grandmother of one of former Terra Nova Children’s Foundation’s children related to her story:
“TR” is a 10-year-old girl who was sexually abused by her father. Soon after the father was sent to prison for 18 years, the mother “couldn’t deal with TR and her younger brothert, so she left. The children are now in the care of their grandparents. When Koch first met TR the young girl was closed, in a state of shock and very angry. “She was there, but not there”, Koch recalled. She was a little bit absent and felt very abandoned. She constantly searched for a replacement father and wept a lot.” TR’s grandmother,........can’t praise Koch and her methods enough, stating that she saw a difference in her granddaughter and grandson within a month of treatment. “If not for the remedies, I think it would’ve taken us all longer,” she said in a quiet, yet confident tone. “I could just call (Koch) and tell her what we’re going through, take one of her all natural, magic little pills, have a talk and feel better within 24 hours. I have been an intern under the direction of Angelika Koch, Director of TNCF, through the
New Mexico University, Taos, New Mexico, in the Healing Arts Program, for the duration of
